On July 17, 2018, Jericho Project and B&B Urban LLC celebrated the opening of Walton House, an 89-unit affordable housing residence for veterans and at-risk young adults. The project is the result of a collaboration between a number of entities including AMR Electric.
Walton House is New York City's first supportive housing development to open under Mayor Bill de Blasio’s NYC 15/15 Initiative to provide 15,000 units of supportive housing over 15 years. Construction plans were formed by the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Mayor's Office of Veterans' Affairs.
Walton House, located in the West Bronx, is part of a greater-scope project called "Housing New York: A Five-Borough, 10-Year Housing Plan", the most comprehensive affordable housing plan in NYC history.
